AI Readiness Intelligence Assessment

ARIA by Bid Savvy  / For Bid Leaders

AI governance training for
your full UK bid team.

Group enrolment, SCORM export, bulk reporting, and an evidence trail your buyers, evaluators and regulators will recognise.

ARIA, the AI Readiness Intelligence Assessment from Bid Savvy, is a complete AI bid governance suite that can be procured and deployed across an entire UK bid function in a single coordinated programme. For Bid Leaders is the entry point for Heads of Bids, Bid Directors, Commercial Directors and L&D leaders procuring ARIA Pulse, ARIA Diagnostic and ARIA Compass on behalf of their teams. Built around the EU AI Act, PPN 017 and UK GDPR.

The bid leader's accountability

You are accountable for AI governance
across a function you cannot personally review.

Heads of Bids, Bid Directors and Commercial Directors are increasingly accountable for the AI governance posture of teams that may include twenty, fifty, or more people. The challenge is no longer training one person well. The challenge is deploying coherent governance capability across a full bid function at the same standard, with an evidence trail that holds up to a buyer, an evaluator or a regulator.

Generic AI training procured at scale does not solve this. Most enterprise AI literacy deployments today are tool-tutorial content adapted for vertical audiences. They do not address PPN 017 disclosure, the Named Reviewer accountability gap, the UK GDPR exposure created by pasting CV data into public AI tools, or the Article 26 deployer obligations that fall on the bid leadership team specifically.

ARIA is built for that gap. The full ARIA suite by Bid Savvy can be procured as a single programme: ARIA Pulse or ARIA Diagnostic to assess current state, followed by ARIA Compass Foundation and Practitioner deployed across the team to close the literacy gaps the assessment surfaces. The output is a coherent governance posture, not a collection of individual completions.

This is what bid leaders actually need: a programme that produces an audit-grade evidence trail, deploys via your existing infrastructure, and treats your team’s time as the constrained resource it is.

What bid leaders are accountable for

The procurement brief, in plain terms

The full ARIA suite, procurable as one programme

Four components.
One coordinated governance deployment.

Bid leaders procure ARIA most commonly as a combined programme: assessment first, training second, with deployment paced to fit live bid pipeline rhythm. All four components can be procured individually, but the commercial and operational logic is strongest when sequenced.

01 · ASSESSMENT

ARIA Pulse

The rapid governance scoping engagement. Indicative read on where AI use creates exposure across the bid function. Often the right starting point when you need a credible, independent confirmation before committing budget to a wider programme.

02 · ASSESSMENT

ARIA Diagnostic

The flagship full assessment. Comprehensive, evidence-based view of bid governance posture mapped to EU AI Act Article 26, PPN 017 and UK GDPR. The output is written to brief leadership, support buyer responses, and serve as a credible regulatory reference.

03· TRAINING

ARIA Compass Foundation

CPD-accredited AI literacy for every member of your bid team. Six bid-specific modules supporting EU AI Act Article 4 compliance. Self-paced e-learning, SCORM-exportable, with bulk completion reporting. The capability layer for the full team.

04 · TRAINING

ARIA Compass Practitioner

Specialist governance training for Named Reviewers, AI Governance Leads, Bid Directors and Commercial Directors. Covers Article 9 risk management, Article 26 deployer obligations, GPAI and the UK GDPR intersection. The depth layer.

What bid leaders walk away with

Three outcomes a buyer can take
to the board, the auditor or the evaluator.

ARIA is procured because the outputs are designed for the people who hold strategic AI governance accountability, not for the people taking the training. The deliverables are calibrated for a Bid Director or Commercial Director’s reporting context

01

Audit-grade evidence trail

A coherent governance posture across the entire bid function, not a collection of individual completions. ARIA outputs are designed to read as a single audit-grade evidence package for board reporting, buyer disclosures and regulator dialogue.

02

Coherent function-wide capability

Bulk completion reporting, certificate issuance and, where SCORM is deployed, data flow back into your existing LMS. The capability layer that supports your Article 4 evidence trail without creating extra reporting overhead for the bid team.

03

Defensible buyer disclosure

A deployment plan calibrated for bid pipeline rhythm. ARIA respects the constrained time of a live bid team, with training paced to fit around in-flight submissions rather than across them. Scoped at procurement.

Deployment options · Scoped at procurement

Three ways to deploy ARIA
across your bid team.

ARIA Compass works inside your existing infrastructure. The deployment route is agreed at procurement and is calibrated to how your organisation already runs L&D, compliance training and bid team development.

SCORM export to your enterprise LMS

SCORM-compliant export of ARIA Compass Foundation and Practitioner. Your team takes the training inside your existing LMS environment, with completion data flowing into your standard L&D reporting and evidence systems.

Hosted on the ARIA platform

For organisations without an enterprise LMS or that prefer a separate environment for compliance training, ARIA Compass is delivered through the hosted ARIA learning platform. Group completion reporting and certificate issuance are managed for you.

Blended with ARIA Diagnostic

The most common procurement pattern: ARIA Pulse or ARIA Diagnostic first to establish current-state, followed by Compass deployment to close the gaps. Sequenced as a single programme with an integrated evidence package for leadership reporting.

Group enrolment commercial structure

Fixed fee, scoped at procurement.
No list pricing.

ARIA group enrolment is procured by formal scoping, not by published price list. The right structure depends on team size, tier mix, deployment route, and whether ARIA Diagnostic forms part of the programme. Discovery call is the first step. There is no obligation following the call.

How procurement runs.A discovery call (30 to 45 minutes) confirms team size, role mix, deployment environment, and timing. We confirm whether ARIA Pulse or ARIA Diagnostic is appropriate. We agree which Compass tiers your team needs. A scoped proposal follows within five working days. No obligation at any stage prior to written acceptance.

How the commercial structure works. Fixed fee, milestone-based payment terms, scope bounded in writing. Group enrolment is priced by team size and tier mix, with combined programme pricing where ARIA Diagnostic and ARIA Compass are procured together. We can support enterprise procurement processes, including supplier onboarding, security questionnaires and standard procurement documentation. Tax, exchange rates, and any client-specific deployment requirements are confirmed in writing.

Why fees are not published. Group AI governance training procurement is organisation-specific. A team of fifteen with one Bid Director needing Practitioner is a different programme to a team of fifty with three governance leads. Publishing a single fee invites comparison against engagements that look similar on paper and behave very differently in practice. The discovery call exists to ensure the scope, structure and price are right for your organisation, not for an average that does not exist.

Common questions from bid leaders

What buyers ask first.

Q. How does group enrolment for ARIA Compass work?

Group enrolment is scoped on a discovery call and confirmed by written agreement. Group pricing is structured by team size and tier mix. SCORM export, bulk completion reporting, and a deployment plan calibrated for your team’s working patterns are included where required. Enterprise procurement processes can be supported.

Q. Can ARIA Compass be deployed via our existing enterprise LMS?

Yes. SCORM-compliant export of ARIA Compass Foundation and ARIA Compass Practitioner is available, allowing deployment via your in-house LMS. Bulk completion data flows back into your LMS reporting, supporting evidence trails for EU AI Act Article 4 readiness.

Q. How does ARIA support EU AI Act Article 4 evidence requirements for our bid team?

Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires that staff using AI tools have sufficient AI literacy, with deployers expected to evidence this. ARIA Compass produces structured completion records, CPD-accredited certificates (accreditation pending), and assessment data that form part of an organisation’s Article 4 evidence trail. The evidence is auditable and exportable.

Q. Can we combine ARIA Compass training with ARIA Diagnostic for our bid team?

Yes. Many organisations procure a combined programme: ARIA Pulse or ARIA Diagnostic to assess current state, followed by ARIA Compass deployment to close the literacy gaps the assessment identifies. Combined programmes are scoped at the discovery call to fit your timing and budget structure.

Q. How is ARIA priced for group enrolment?

Group fees are on application. They are scoped at discovery based on team size, tier mix (Foundation only or Foundation plus Practitioner), and whether ARIA Diagnostic or ARIA Pulse forms part of the programme. Fixed fee, milestone-based payment terms apply. We do not publish fees because the right structure is organisation-specific.

Q. How long does it take to deploy ARIA across a full bid team?

Deployment timing depends on team size, LMS environment, and whether ARIA Compass is being deployed in isolation or alongside ARIA Diagnostic. Indicative deployment is rapid for smaller teams and is paced for larger enterprises with formal change management requirements. The deployment plan is agreed at scoping.

About ARIA for Bid Leaders, by Bid Savvy

Procurement built by people who understand bid procurement.

Most enterprise AI training is sold by AI consultancies whose sales motion is calibrated for IT budget holders. ARIA is sold and scoped by Bid Savvy, a consultancy whose entire commercial DNA is built around understanding how bid leaders actually procure. We have spent over two decades inside the procurement process, on both sides of the table, and the ARIA procurement experience reflects that.

This is the practical difference for a Head of Bids. The discovery call is run by someone who has been a bid leader, not by an AI sales engineer. The scope discussion uses bid management language, not L&D platform jargon. The deployment plan respects bid pipeline rhythm. The evidence package is calibrated for buyer disclosure scenarios, not for generic compliance audits. ARIA for Bid Leaders is the only AI governance procurement experience built specifically for the way UK bid teams actually buy.

Take the next step

A 30-minute procurement call is
the only commitment.

No proposal, no obligation. The call confirms what your bid team needs, which combination of ARIA Diagnostic and ARIA Compass is the right fit, and how deployment runs around your live pipeline. A scoped proposal follows within five working days.
