If you are unhappy with any aspect of our services, please tell us. Email hello@ariabidsavvy.co.uk with the subject line “Complaint” and a description of what has gone wrong, what you would like us to do to put it right, and how we can contact you.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 working days. Where we need longer to investigate, we will tell you and give a revised date.
If you remain unhappy with our response, you can escalate to an external body depending on the nature of the complaint:

Raising a complaint will not affect any current or future service from us. We treat complaints confidentially and use them to improve.
